Returns and Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@ceydthecollection.com with your proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well further instructions.
Refunds
We only accept returns for items with manufacturing issues. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us for a return, and once the return is accepted, a credit will be sent to you for you to repurchase your new item.
Purchase/return/exchange shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refund on sale items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order, followed by an additional 2-8 business days for delivery in Canada and the US.
For international orders, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order, followed by an additional 4-10 business days for delivery.
Please note that international orders may be subject to custom fees, import duties and taxes upon arrival to your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
